Shipping Coverage
We ship to all countries within the European Union and North America. Currently, we do not ship to regions outside these destinations.

Shipping Options and Costs

- Free Shipping in Switzerland 
- Standard Shipping  (3-7 business days): EU $8.99 / USA $18.99
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15.99 / USA NA
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (Standard Shipping only).

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.

Delivery Policies
- Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package is undeliverable, it will be held at the nearest carrier facility for pickup.
- PO Box Addresses: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Issues with Shipping
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Delivery Delays: In case of delays, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery estimate.

Returns and Exchanges
- Return Instructions: To return an item, please use the prepaid return label included in your package. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to a Giftcard.
